October	1996	UNI WORLD founded Started sales of cotton gloves and footwear under the “Tobitai” brand
April	1999	UNI WORLD CO., LTD. established
October	1999	Started production of cotton gloves and footwear at a subcontract factory in China.
March	2005	Started production of leather gloves at cooperating factory in China. Launched the “Kawate Kobo” brand.
March	2006	Estabilished joint-venture business with Quindao Working Product Co., Ltd. and started full-scale leather glove business.
August	2008	Head office and distribution center completed in Chida, Arida-City, Wakayama.
April	2009	Launched the brand “WORKS HOMME” to meet the needs of professional craftsmen.
February	2010	“18G knitted rubber coated gloves” were registered as “One company One energetic technology” in Wakayama Prefecture’s industrial commendation system.
December	2011	UNIWORLD BD LTD. established in Bangladesh (a regional city in the southwestern part of the country) and opened its own factory. Started production of knitting items such as cotton gloves and socks, and sewn products such as blouses, aprons, and smoothened gloves.
January	2013	Launches the “Nora Style” brand of work clothes for the fields to make farmers’ daily lives more enjoyable and colorful.
May	2013	Concluded a sole agency agreement in Japan for “WONDER GRIP” gloves, and started sales
August	2013	Signed exclusive agency agreement in Japan for “PUMA SAFETY” safety shoes
September	2014	Started sales of the first model of “PUMA SAFETY”.
October	2015	“Nora Style”, “PUMA SAFETY” and “WONDER GRIP” were well received superior response at “Flower EXPO / Road Tools & Work Equipment EXPO” at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan.
December	2014	Showroom opened in Tsukiji, Tokyo
April	2017	Opened Shanghai Office in Hongqiao, Changning District, Shanghai, China
Mar.	2018	Launched “DIVERSTYLE,” a brand that proposes a style free to be oneself, and started selling hats as the first step
Dec.	2018	Awarded as a “Regional Future Leading Company” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a core company in the region that is a candidate to be a leader in regional economic traction projects
April	2019	First model of “PUMA WORKWEAR” goes on sale
May	2019	“Hatakenoie” online store specializing in farmers work clothes opened
July	2019	Farm hood with Mask “SMILE” is registered as “One Company, One Vigorous Technology” in Wakayama Prefecture’s industrial commendation system
January	2020	New distribution center completed in Aridagawa-cho, Wakayama Prefecture.
June	2021	Business meeting and display room completed in the head office.
July	2021	“PUMA SAFETY” Japan Athletic sales started
July	2022	“PUMA SAFETY” Heritage sales started
October	2022	Our showroom in Tsukiji, Tokyo has reopened.
